VA Disability Rating for Atopic Dermatitis / Eczema-class Dermatitis

Rated 0–60% based on body surface area and systemic therapy. Same scale as psoriasis.

Dermatitis (DC 7806) covers atopic, contact, and seborrheic dermatitis. Same tier structure as psoriasis (DC 7816). Body-surface-area + systemic-therapy intensity drive the rating.

  1. Dermatology exam with BSA documentation.
  2. Treatment history — topical vs systemic, biologic use, duration.
  3. Photos during active flares.
