Program of Comprehensive Assistance for Family Caregivers

Monthly stipend ($2,500-$4,000+ depending on tier and zip code), respite care, mental health services, and CHAMPVA-style health insurance for the caregiver. The veteran needs 70%+ rated AND service in the post-9/11 OR pre-1975 era — a window eligibility expansion has not yet closed.
